Are you ready for the big switch off?
This is the biggest change in telephone technology this country has ever seen!
We're sure you'll have quite a few questions and concerns, so we've done our best to cover all of the frequently asked questions below - but of course we are here, if you wanted to get in touch, to offer our help, advice and guidance.

Why are we talking
about this now?
2027 isn't as far away as it seems, it'll soon be upon us, so we want you to have plenty of time to make your choices, without having to rush your decision.

WHO WILL THIS AFFECT, WILL IT AFFECT YOU?
Putting it simply - everyone! Every UK business (& home) will have to go through this process, if they want to retain their main telephone landline number, without any hitches.

WHY ARE YOU BEING
FORCED TO CHANGE?
Some of the infrastructure that we currently used was originally laid back in the 19th century, so it's about time we let it rest and moved with the latest tech thats available!
What will be affected, and what to look out for...?

in short.....the following WILL be affected:

Analogue Phones

CCTV SYSTEMS

CARD PAYMENT TERMINALS

FAX MACHINEs
The good news IS....better broadband for all of us!!!
LETS QUASH SOME OF THOSE myths....
#1. CALLS ARE NOT 'AS GOOD'
No, they are in-fact
better, HD better!
Crisper, clearer calls for all!
#2.
IT'S LESS RELIABLE
False, and theres additional functionality to give you more options, such as the mobile app
#3. IT'll slow me down
Again False, as the broadband service will ensure all 'data heavy' services have the bandwidths they need..
#4. WHY IS IT SO TECHNICAL?
It's not, and thats why we are here, as specialists to help you every step of the way,
with 7 day support.
#5.
It'll be more expensive
In most cases, your overall telecoms bill will reduce, and you'll have more features than you've ever had before!
#6.
will i lose my number?
If you want to keep it (which we're pretty sure you will!) then this moves with you,
so no need to panic!
#7.
Is it safe?
In short, yes, absolutely. Without getting too 'techie' on you, all will be safe and secure, giving you complete peace of mind.
#8. it'll be a massive job
We're here with 40+ years experience, to make this as pain free and smooth as
physically possible.
STILL NOT SURE.....?
and we can cover off any of your queries, questions or fears, and put your mind to rest
